What is XABRmetrics?
XABRmetrics is gym management software built in Malaysia for gyms, martial-arts and fitness studios. It runs member sign-up, class schedules and booking, QR check-in, packages, payments, WhatsApp reminders and sales reporting in one web app, priced by how many active members you have.
How much does XABRmetrics cost?
RM50 a month as a base, plus RM1.50 for each active member and RM0.20 for each lead on file. A gym with 150 active members and 100 leads pays RM295 a month. There is no cap and no forced upgrade; the price follows your size. Large and multi-location gyms can agree a fixed monthly rate instead.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. You get 14 days on the live product, not a demo. A card is required to start, and nothing is charged until the trial ends. There are no setup fees and no long-term contract.
Who counts as an active member?
A member with a live package. Staff are never counted. A member whose last package ran out more than 14 days ago without a renewal is billed at the lead rate instead, so you do not pay full price for people who have stopped coming.
Which payment methods can my members use?
Bank transfer and DuitNow QR work from day one: members pay into your account and your desk confirms the payment in one tap. Card and FPX online banking switch on once your gym connects its own Stripe account. You can also use Curlec once your gym’s Curlec application is approved, and we help you with the application. Everything is priced in ringgit.
Do my members need to download an app?
No. Members use XABRmetrics in their phone's browser at your gym's own address, for example yourgym.xabr.co. They can book classes, check in by scanning your QR code, buy and renew packages, and see their bookings and history.
Is XABRmetrics a good alternative to Vibefam?
Yes. If you run your gym on Vibefam, another booking platform or a spreadsheet, XABRmetrics covers member sign-up, class booking, QR check-in, packages, payments, invoicing and sales reports in one system, priced in ringgit from RM50 a month. We help you bring your members, packages and attendance history across.
Can I run more than one gym or brand?
Yes. Each gym or brand gets its own web address and branding for its members, and invoicing is built in.
Can I get my data out?
Yes. Revenue and attendance reports export to Excel, including every transaction in the period.

I built this because I was running Energym the hard way — chasing payments on WhatsApp, tracking attendance on paper, guessing which leads had gone cold. I needed something that worked for my own gym first. Once it did, I realized every gym owner I know has the exact same problem.
